Beginning February 2016, supporting documents are no longer attached to the title search. The title search report will show the Official Records Book and Page Number for documents. To view these documents, refer to the Clerk’s Official Records Search.

Images requiring review for possible redaction are not immediately available for public view. To obtain a copy of an image/document blocked from public view, submit an email request to TaxDeedClerks@brevardclerk.us advising of the tax deed file number and document.
